Does This Happen to Everyone? featured on Publishers Weekly. "Taking an empathetic and respectful approach to sex education, Von Hollenben and Helms blend humor, factual information, and candid advice. A valuable resource that normalizes and affirms sexuality while suggesting that puberty is a time of both physical and intellectual growth.”
PRETTY IN PRADA
Anja Kroencke’s beautifully modern interpretation of trends has earned her a position among the top artists in fashion and beauty illustration today. Her distinctive drawings of sophisticated women with long, elegant necks and elaborately detailed hair have a romantic sense of times past and yet are thoroughly modern.
After studying Textile Design and Fashion Illustration and working as a graphic designer in her native Austria, Anja moved to New York in 1994 to dedicate herself full time to illustration. Since then she has won numerous awards and her work has appeared in many advertising campaigns and publications worldwide. Her clients include Estée Lauder, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany&Co, British Airways, Aeroports de Paris, Vogue, W Magazine, and many more.
Her latest project, a line of cosmetic bags and totes for M.A.C. Cosmetics, will launch in summer 2013.
