Does This Happen to Everyone? featured on Publishers Weekly. "Taking an empathetic and respectful approach to sex education, Von Hollenben and Helms blend humor, factual information, and candid advice. A valuable resource that normalizes and affirms sexuality while suggesting that puberty is a time of both physical and intellectual growth.”
Oktaeder is a geometrical body, which appears in the collection in a
form of a 3-D recycled bicycle tube. Because some minerals in nature
crystallize in such form, rubber is used as a metaphor of this process,
as roughness and the opposition of sterility. Pieces of jewelry from
the OKTAEDER PP/013 collection are decorated with semi-noble stones,
crystals, pearls and corals. Oktaeder is expressed as a detail in a form
of a recycled bicycle tube and at the same time it gives the natural
collection of noble materials its primary image, refined by the
elegance, pureness and simplicity of integrated crystals.
