I hereby grant and assign to the “Die Gestalten Verlag GmbH & Co. KG (“DGV") the non-exclusive and transferable right for the entire world and in perpetuity to reproduce, transmit and publicly perform in any manner my uploaded artwork (the “Work”) in connection with DGV’s internet appearance. The rights granted hereunder shall also include the use of my Work in connection with the internet appearance of DGV’s affiliates as well as third-party platforms, such as facebook, twitter, pinterest, vimeo and tumbler and/or similar platforms. I hereby expressly agree to the terms and conditions regarding the grant of rights as may be applicable to such third-party platforms.
I hereby warrant and guarantee to have or control any and all rights transferred to DGV hereunder. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless DGV, its affiliates and successors from and against all actions, suits, claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which may be brought against or incurred by DGV as a result of breach of my afore-mentioned warranties or obligations.
