Graft is one of the world's most prized architecture studio founded by Lars Krückeberg, Wolfram Putz and Thomas Willemeit. Since 1998, the "label for architecture, urban planning and exhibition design" has constructed countless projects around the world from Tbilisi and Berlin to Singapore and the Caribbean Islands with offices in Berlin, Los Angeles and now Beijing. Between their tight schedules Wolfram and Thomas talk to us about 'grafting' architecture – similar to the scientific process where the tissues of a plant fuse with one another.
