Paula Scher

A Woman of Identities
Posted by Angie—04/2014

Paula Scher, the principal of international consultancy Pentagram, has been at the forefront of graphic design for four decades. Iconic, smart, and accessible, her images have entered into the American vernacular. Scher has developed visual identities and branding systems for well-known corporates and organizations including Microsoft, Coca-Cola, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Public Theater, just to name a few.

Here Gestalten.tv sits down with Paula Scher for a profound discussion as she shares wisdom on strategic thinking, creative process, and visions of branding and identity design.

The work of Pentagram has been featured in Gestalten’s publications, including Introducing: Culture Identities, Los Logo 6,  Left, Right, Up, Down, and Boxed & Labelled Two.
