The Australian Bistro Chose a Summery Palette

There’s much to be said about black-and-white interior schemes. They’re timeless, it’s true, and nearly everything pairs with the classic combo. Architecture firm We Are Huntly, however, took a bold approach when designing the interior concept of Moby 3143 in Armadale, Australia. Using bold washes of slate blue and pastel pink, the colorful backdrops allow the bistro’s pared-down modern furnishings take the center stage. Made from cork, ceramic, and bright-white steel, the simple furniture exudes a striking visual impact against the clean lines of the interior architecture.
