Fashion-Forward Illustrations

The Work of Lucie Birant
Posted by Gestalten—06/2017

Putting pen, pencil, and paint to paper, illustrator Lucie Birant creates photorealistic fashion illustrations with a natural twist. Her work incorporates a nod toward the cut-and-paste stylings of a collage as she isolates and fragments her subjects. Motifs of mistletoe, fresh leaves, and abstract color blocks accent the black-and-white pencilings, bursting with color and bringing a sense of life and energy to the portraits.
