Explore Iceland with Mike Seehagel
Canadian-based photographer Mike Seehagel spent 100 days traveling through Iceland with an Isak 4x4. "These photos were taken over many long, cold days and nights in a Land Rover", states Seehagel, who co-founded Great North Collective, a photography community that spans worldwide, promoting artists and inspiring others who enjoy photography, to travel.
As he says, he works to travel, and sometimes finds himself lucky enough to travel for work, and it's indeed his wanderlust inspired imagery that characterizes his work. For Mike, shooting on set started out as a distraction from animation and kept him from spending too much time at his desk. It was then that photography began to take on a larger role, and he set out to shoot with purpose. Today he creates images and commercial campaigns for a wide range of clients.
