Korea Power

Official Catalog for the Exhibition at Frankfurt’s Museum of Applied Arts
Posted by Gestalten—06/2013

Design and Identity is the title of the exhibit, which focuses on the power of contemporary Korean design and its ability to harness both traditional values and the national character of today. Running until August 25th, this major design show brings together examples from many design disciplines, such as fashion, furniture, industrial, consumer goods, graphic design, urban planning and many more. On display are works by a large number of designers, which are considered to be currently playing a vital role in shaping the Korean design landscape, simultaneously helping to defince the country’s visual language and aesthetic elegance.

The exhibition catalog Korea Power: Design and Identity is published by Gestalten.
