The Arab Revolutions

This is an illustration in the form of a data visualisation about the Arab Revolutions for a magazine cover and spread. It depicts Twitter-networks which were used by the citizens of the North African states to communicate and organize manifestations. The virtuality of a computer network becomes tactile, like the virtual organization led to real protests. This work was realised at the University College of Art & Design Sint-Lukas Brussels.
