Concept and Art Direction: Lorenzo Vitturi

This series titled Eve-olution is inspired by recent sociological researches which highlight the rise of the ‘female century’.
I focused on the idea of a ‘new order’ and on how the rising power of feminine sensitivity could be visualised in contrast with a male-centered world.
This antagonism has been represented through the manipulation of the interiors of a derelict Victorian hospital in London with the use of light, paint, fabrics and objects.
The space has been used as a set where I staged this idea of the future popping out of an established old-fashioned set of values.
