My work focuses on ancient mythological motifs and how these symbols, legacy of an ancient culture, have lost their meaning becoming something that appeals to us just on an esthetic level. In thousands years many things have changed, but human beings seem to be always the same: always striving to obtain something that lies beyond the horizon. Yet we forget what we achieved, and we end up doing everything from scratch all over again in an endless circle.
