Lucy MacLeod  is an Edinburgh based illustrator with a background in Fine Art… since turning her hand to the graphic arts, her clients have included British Airways, Levi Strauss, Nylon Magazine, The Times, The Independent, The Royal Mail, Marie Claire, Digital Arts Magazine, Smirnoff and La Perla. Her work has been used on billboards, in magazines, on record covers and more obscurely- on pants. Hand crafted and passionate, her work combines a love of the hand-drawn. Focussing on powerful & strong compositions, she draws from life with precision and ease. She’s exhibited worldwide and has featured in many books including Curvy 2, Curvy 8, Illusive, Images 30, Images 31 and The Big Book of Fashion Illustration. She has a morbid fascination with Judge Judy and favours a thin willow charcoal.
