An Acute Intervention
Planning a house for a growing family pairs the challenge of freshening up the architecture to accommodate the newest members with the need for a sturdy and firm interior concept that will stand the test of time. As such, the David Stanley of David Stanley Architects and his partner Romy Grabosch took the time to reinvent the interior layout of their two-bedroom home in South London. Natural palettes offer a gentle flow from bedroom to kitchen to lounge, and broad windows open up to the home’s central feature: A stunning ground-floor garden around which the apartment extends. True to form, the Londoner’s took the idea of “Don’t Move—Improve!“ to heart.
