Casaplata by Lucas y Hernández-Gil Architects
Casaplata is a restaurant and cocktail bar with a clean, modern design with an eye on the future. Designed by Lucas y Hernández-Gil Architects, the trendy eatery in Seville, Spain, takes some inspiration from the still-life paintings of Giorgio Morandi: lightly textured greys, simple shapes, and bursts of pale colors pepper the interior with a distinct but subtle personality. “All these aim to reinforce the gastronomical experience by blurring the lines of the environment to focus on what is within reach,” said the architects.
