At Belgrade's Architectural Week
Going Public: Public Architecture, Urbanism and Interventions explores the creative revival of public space in our urban and nature landscapes. In a related upcoming exhibition in Belgrade, visitors will be able to further investigate the scope and techniques of repurposing the built environment for public use. The architecture and interventions being shown at the city’s Cultural Centre as part of Belgrade’s International Architecture Week inspire the act of going public and reframe the way we engage with our environments.
Join us for the exhibition opening on Thursday, May 8 at 19:00. Gestalten’s editor Sofia Borges will also be giving a guided tour and book presentation on Friday, May 9.
Sofia Borges is the founder of the design firm Affect Studio and an architecture editor for Gestalten.
