The Snoped by Joey Ruiter

The Slender Snowmobile Borrows its Frame from the Classic Café Racer

Posted by Gestalten—04/2016

Designer Joey Ruiter used the racing posture of a classic café racer as the basis of this sleek Snoped. From there, the American automobile specialist built a lightweight aluminum chassis with exposed assembly screws and a matte black finish. The slender bike rests atop 1980-something Chrystler threads fit for shredding through fresh snow. Narrow vertical lights at both ends of the Snoped only emphasize the Snoped’s blocky silhoutte and idiosyncratic shape.
