ABOUT the CO-EDITOR
Remo Viani has been passionate about Italian food and specialties since he was young. As a young designer and marketing expert, he recognized the value of authentic ingredients and anchored it in the communication for the family business. After many visits to local producers and manufacturers, he took over his father’s company in 1995 and successfully continued the family tradition of trading in selected and original food specialties from Italy. By founding the first German Olive Oil Panel that controls the quality of olive oils and the opening of modern Italian grocery stores (alimentari) in several German cities and furthermore with this book, Remo Vinai brings us closer to the joy of Original Italian food culture.
